I received a great product and outstanding customer service from this company. The barrel arrived in a reasonable about of time in great shape. The engraving was as ordered. The barrel completely sealed in less than 24 hours. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.  I will be a return customer.

I have ordered 5 oak barrels and 4 from barrels online. All 4 barrels online kegs sealed up very nicely after conditioning. My latest 10L keg came with a broken stand from shipping that was salvageable and I managed to break my spigot when tapping into the hole. I requested to buy a new spigot from the company and they told me they would send one free of charge since my stand was delivered broken.  A very nice piece of customer service work!  Excellent barrels with excellent customer service is a recipe for continued success. I ordered a 10L black hoop unfinished barrel with engraving on July 31st. The barrel arrived Aug 6th in Whitby, Ontario (just outside of Toronto for my American friends).

The craftsmanship is beautiful. I put 2L of water in and rinsed it out. I did this 3 times as there were some lose pieces of wood. This is expected.

I filled it up with warm water, let it sit on the stand for a few hours. It had some small leaks, again to be expected. I kept topping it up. I rolled it on it's side, then the other side. I even had it upside down.

After 24hrs I have it standing on it's end. It is almost sealed. I will continue for another day or 2 just to be sure.

I can't wait to fill it!

Definitely ordering more barrels.
