It is very simple to age un-aged whiskey in our mini barrels just follow these steps:
- Purchase any brand of white dog whiskey available: There are many available brands such as buffalo trace, Maker’s White, House Spirits, High West etc.
- (Optional) purchase a whiskey flavoring, still spirits have a large selections of liquor flavorings available.
- Age the white dog un-aged whiskey is one of our charred whiskey barrels we have for sale.
Remember aging in these small oak barrels is quite a bit faster than what is aged in large distillery barrels, so try a taste test a few weeks into the aging process.
The whiskey should slowly acquire a golden brownish color and oaky taste.
